Q: How does this whole subscription thing work?
A: The cutoff for each month is the 28th, so if you started your subscription on, let's say, the 27th, then your first box would ship on the 1st of the next month. If your subscription started on the 29th of the month (after the cutoff date), then your first box will ship on the 1st of the of the following month (for example, if you subscribe on January 29th, your first box will ship on March 1st). Feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org if any additional clarification is needed!
Q: If I have a subscription, when will it renew?
A: Your subscription will renew and be billed on the 15th of each month prior to shipment, unless you have a pre-paid subscription. All pre-paid subscriptions will renew on the 15th after their last shipment.
Q: How are the boxes shipped?
A: All boxes are delivered to your shipping address via the US Postal Service, even to all overseas APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. This means that we can deliver to your PO Box or street address based on your personal preference.
Q: When will my box be shipped?
A: We ship all subscription boxes on the 1st of each month from Arizona. You will be given a tracking number so that you can anticipate when your awesomeness will arrive. If it is a one time purchase of a Surprise Box, your gift will ship within 2-3 business days.
Q: Can I send a comment or request regarding my purchase?
A: Absolutely! Please send any questions, comments, or requests to email@example.com, and we will do our best to help. If you are purchasing a gift, we would LOVE to include a card from you to the gift recipient for no additional charge.
Q: What if I am purchasing a gift card, but don't know the recipient's shipping address?
A: No problem! Enter any valid US address in the meantime, and it will be changed when your gift recipient uses her gift card.
Q: Can I be a supplier?
A: If you are interested in becoming a supplier in MilSO Box, please email Kristin at firstname.lastname@example.org and share your ideas. Please keep in mind that products from MilSO businesses, Veteran-owned businesses, and American businesses are always our first priority!
Q: Are you sold out?
A: We will always announce when we are out of the next month's box. In this unfortunate event, we are happy to accept requests at email@example.com to be wait-listed for a subscription to become available. When one becomes available, we will contact you immediately to give the GREAT NEWS!!!
Q: What's in the BOOOXXXX?!
A: Each month will include different products since we have so many fabulous military family businesses and American suppliers to showcase!! However, you can expect a mix of bath & beauty products, home decor, accessories, helpful gadgets, inspirational items, unique gifts, and of course, anything with PATRIOTIC pizzazz!!!
Q: How do I cancel?
A: Cancellation can be completed by logging into your MilSO Box account. If you have trouble trying to cancel your subscription, please send us a direct email (firstname.lastname@example.org) so we can assist you. Please let us know how we can improve!
